Excellent Thermal Insulation Performance
It features a thermal conductivity of 0.019‑0.022 W/(m·K) at 25°C, ranking among the lowest of practically applied thermal‑insulation materials. Adopting high‑pressure continuous foaming technology, it delivers uniform and dense foaming with tiny closed‑cell structures. The cell density can reach 200,000 cells/cm³ and the closed‑cell rate exceeds 97%. Boasting extremely low water absorption, it effectively blocks water‑vapor penetration to achieve outstanding heat preservation and insulation performance.
Good Fire‑Resistant Performance
Rigid polyurethane foam offers favorable fire resistance. A charred protective layer forms during combustion, without melting or dripping like EPS and XPS. Composite with metal facings can further improve its flame‑retardant property. Its combustion performance complies with GB 8624‑2012 Class B1 standard.
